This cause demands immediate action to: • Stop all unauthorized and unplanned tree felling in Pune and across India. • Ensure full transparency and public notice before any tree cutting is approved. • Hold authorities and developers accountable under the Tree Preservation Act and environmental laws. • Mandate a 1:10 replanting ratio for every tree cut. • Create a publicly accessible tree census for every city.
